CUCUR BOM MANIS

ASSALAMUALAIKUM......


have a great weekends !!!! selamat berhujung minggu bersama keluarga tersayang .. i made cucur bom manis for tea time this evening ..boleh lah kalau pekena dengan air teh atau secangkir nescafe .. memang masukkk..  actually, resepi ni dah lama terperap .. baru ada tergerak dalam hati nak mencuba .. dan hasilnya .. wani bercakap dalam hati kenapa la awal-awal tak cuba nak buat resepi ni ... memang marvellous !!! so soft ...next time nak kena buat lagi ... luckily, the dough rose perfectly ,,, sebab wani takut nanti tak naik... sebab resepi ni kena perap..this recipe is taken from story of mama .. thanks mama :)

CUCUR BOM MANIS
SOURCE: STORY OF MAMA
Bahan2:-

1 s/t yis (mauripan)
1 cawan tepung gandum
2 s/b gula
3 s/b susu pekat manis
1 s/t garam
Air secukupnya
Minyak untuk menggoreng.

Cara2:-
Campurkan yis,gula,susu pekat dan sedikit air suam (biarkan 10 minit & yis akan berbuih)
Masukkan campuran yis kedalam tepung tadi
Tambah sedikit air,agak2 macam nak buat jemput-jemput
Perap adunan 1-2 jam
Sebelum menggoreng campurkan dgn 1 s/t garam
Goreng hingga garing dan kekuningan.
(Cara mama:-mama bancuh yis+gula +air suam & biarkan 10 minit,lepas tu campurkan tepung dgn susu...masukkan campuran yis dan sedikit air dan adun sebati)

*Mama ikut Izah,setelah ditambah garam,gaulkan dan biarkan adunan nampak naik balik..baru
digoreng.

Wani,menariknya resepi cucur bom manis ni,tak pernah cuba lagi.
